This blog is about my experiences as part of an international journalism trip for University of Florida students called Florida FlyIns. The class took 13 students and 2 documentary makers to Guatemala this year to cover the topics of malnutrition and hunger.
The blog will continue to be updated until December 2008 when the semester is over. The posts include personal experiences, musings about cultural and political differences and tips for doing journalism abroad.
